Oats Idli Recipe.

Oats Idly:

Ingredients:

1. 1 cup of Quaker oats

2. ½ cup of wheat Rava

3. ½ cup of curd

4. Salt

5. 1 carrot grated

6. Curry leaves

7. Coriander

8. Water

9. 2/3 green chillies

 

Procedure:

1. Dry Roast the quaker oats for 3 minutes and let it cool down.

2. Dry Roast the wheat rava.

3. Grind the roasted quaker oats.

4. In a pan, put some oil and add mustard seeds,chillies and grated carrot and thaw it for some time so that raw smell of carrot is gone.

5. In a mixing bowl, add roasted rava,grinded oats, carrot mixture,curd,salt and some water to make it a idly batter.

6. Let it stand for 10min.

7. Lightly grease the idly moulds with oil and make the healthy oats idly.
