Reading AH will make one win over one's enemies, Actually it is about praising "Sun"  who is the solo reason for existence of life, When lord Rama was not able to win over Ravana, then Agastya muni advised Rama to recite AH which he does and won over Ravana. Reading AH will give you lot of energy, Power and Good health and victory.
